Second Nature was born out of the need for mental health and wellness services that celebrate all families. It takes one to know one! Anastasia Machan, Second Nature’s Centre Founder, has a passion for practical, accessible, and individualized care for neurodiverse families like her own. Our team is made up of real people with real stories: parents, advocates, neurodivergent folk, and lived-experience leaders who get it in ways no textbook ever could.
We are more than professionals.
We are co-regulators, gentle guides, and lifelong learners, walking alongside families with compassion, insight, and deep personal knowing. Because in this work, lived experience isn’t extra, it’s essential.
